Donna brings a range of experience both academic, from being a mother and general life to her clinical work. 

After leaving school, Donna, was a member of the Australian Institute of Sport and represented Australia at two Olympic Games (1984, 3000 m running and 1984 cycling road race).  She is the first Australian female to change sports at back to back Summer Olympics.  She represented Australia at the 1990 Commonwealth Games -track and road cycling and competed in the Women’s Tour De France on 3 occasions.

Between sporting commitments, university study was commenced at Flinders University.  On retirement from sport, Donna joined the SA Police working predominately in the regional areas, specialising in child abuse, family violence, sexual abuse and victim contact roles.

On registration as a Psychologist Donna worked for the Education Department as an Early Childhood Psychologist and then as a Senior Educational Psychologist and continues to provide psychology assessment services in non-government and government school settings.

Within private practice she has worked in multi-discipline teams to provide therapy support to children with complex needs through the Commonwealth Early Intervention for Autism Package and NDIS.

Donna has experience with assessment, individual and group therapy, including social skill group work for ASD clients.
